Anupamaa: Anupama doesn't want to become Rukmani, wants to stay as Radha

Fans of Anupamaa have been eagerly waiting for Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) and Anuj (Gaurav Khanna)'s wedding, especially after the duo's reunion following the six-month leap. With Aadhya's consent to their relationship, fans anticipated seeing MaAn tie the knot. However, the latest promo suggests that fans will have to wait longer.

The upcoming episode reveals Anupama's distress upon discovering Sagar and Meenu's relationship. She reflects on how fighting for love is easy, but obtaining family approval is challenging. 

Following this, Anu says to Anuj to say something else to distract her from thinking about all the problems including the dramas Toshu, Pakhi and Dimpy are creating.  To which, Anuj proposes to marry her. He says that she can be Mrs Kapadia or he can be Mr. Joshi as anything is fine with him. But he wants her to marry her.

Anupama is taken aback, haunted by her past two failed marriages and fears ruining her relationship with Anuj.

She does not want to spoil her relationship with Anuj once again and take that risk again. She says to Anuj that at this point in life what is the need of marriage, why do they need to be Kanhaji and Rukmani, can’t they be Radha and Krishna and stay together forever? Following this, Anuj seems to be stunned. But they understand the situation. They both become emotional and share a tight hug.

She: Shaadi karne ki zaroorat kya hai

Meanwhile, rumours suggest that Anupamaa may undergo a 5-10 year leap with a new cast. Reports indicate that key actors, including Nidhi Shah (Kinjal), Kunwar Amar Singh (Tapish), Gaurav Sharma (Paritosh), Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya (Leela 'Baa' Shah), and Aurra Bhatnagar (Aadhya Kapadia), may leave the show. This development follows the recent departures of Sudhanshu Pandey (Vanraj) and Madalsa Sharma (Kavya).
