Anupamaa: Anu uncovers Aadhya's whereabouts, leap rumours debunked

‘Anupamaa,’ starring Rupali Ganguly, continues to dominate the TRP charts, captivating audiences with its compelling drama. The love story between Anuj Kapadia and Anupamaa remains the central attraction. However,  their adopted daughter Aadhya’s presence created tension between the couple, but now, she holds the key to reuniting them.

In today's episode, Anupamaa cleverly fakes illness to locate Aadhya. Aadhya, played by Aurra Bhatnagar, is staying with her foster parents, but her new mother, Megha, is obsessed with keeping her close. Terrified, Aadhya tries to connect with Anupamaa by secretly sending a letter hidden in a tiffin box. Anupamaa visits Megha's house, pretending to return extra money. She fakes feeling faint, which prompts Megha and her husband to invite her inside. While distracting them with conversation about Janmashtami, Anupamaa spots Aadhya, who discreetly signals her to remain calm.

Meanwhile, in the Shah household, Vanraj grows suspicious of Meenu's affection for Sagar, an auto driver. Panicked, he wakes Baa in the middle of the night, insisting she find a groom for Meenu as quickly as possible.

Amid all this drama, rumours about a leap in the show surfaced. However, Aurra Bhatnagar clarified in an interview with Pinkvilla that the reports are false. She mentioned that if there were any plans for a leap, her parents would be informed by production well in advance. She also hinted that if the storyline ever introduced Aadhya’s love interest, she might need to leave the show since she is only thirteen and prefers to play roles suited to her age.

There are also reports that the show's creators are considering casting 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actor Shivam Khajuria, who played Rohit, as Aadhya's love interest. Additionally, rumors of Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's exit were dismissed, with sources confirming they remain the leads and faces of ‘Anupamaa.’
