Anil Kapoor look-alike sends Internet into frenzy, check pics

US-based fitness coach John Effer is garnering attention for his uncanny resemblance to Bollywood Superstar Anil Kapoor. People are going gaga over his pictures due to his resemblance to the Mr India actor.

John Effer is a professional bodybuilder and fitness coach with over 85k followers on Instagram. Effer's looks and ripped boy are impressive, but his similarity to Anil Kapoor has made him a trending topic on the internet.   

Effer seems to be aware of the fact that he looks like Anil Kapoor as he himself had shared a mirror selfie of his, tagging the Bollywood star with the caption, "Time to level up NGL @anilskapoor".
