Bollywood actress Ananya Panday recently opened up about her ongoing struggle with body insecurities and the impact of online comments on her mental well-being. 

Despite her petite frame, the actress revealed in a candid interview with Elle India that she still grapples with feelings of insecurity about her body.

In the interview, Ananya acknowledged that these insecurities can be triggered by comments made by others or simply by her own feelings on a particular day. Reflecting on her journey, she expressed that the struggle with body image she experienced while growing up has not entirely dissipated.

Addressing the prevalent issue of trolling and negativity on social media, Ananya shared her approach to dealing with online criticism. The 25-year-old actress admitted to becoming more "ruthless" in managing negativity on social media. 

She disclosed that she now actively mutes and unfollows pages that induce feelings of anxiety, sadness, or any form of unhappiness, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing her mental health.

Sharing insights into her coping mechanisms, Ananya emphasized the significance of spending time alone to find solace amidst the constant influx of opinions and advice. According to her, the act of listening to her own voice in moments of solitude serves as a calming force.

On the work front, Ananya Panday, last seen in "Dream Girl 2," is set to captivate audiences in the upcoming film "Kho Gaye Hum Kahan" alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. Additionally, the actress is gearing up for her web series debut in 2024 with the Prime Video show "Call Me Bae," marking a new chapter in her career.
