The lead cast of Bunty Aur Babli 2 including Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh will be seen on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 tonight. Bunty Aur Babli 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2005 flick Bunty Aur Babli that starred Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Rani in the lead roles. Bunty Aur Babli 2 hit the theatres today.

The entire cast will be attending the show hosted by Millennium Star Amitabh Bachchan for promotions of their upcoming movie. While fans are excited about the movie, Sony TV and Sr Bachchan shared the promo video of the episode on social media that will tickle your funny bones.

In the promo video, Big B asked Sidhanth about how Saif and Rani were playing the game. To this Siddhant replied 'Bahut hard'. Further, the young actor clarified that he used generic slang for appreciating the senior cast to which the game host asked him to share some more on the generic Mumbaikar slang. Siddhant flittered with Rani while Sharvari appreciated Saif and Amitabh.

In between the game show, the host intruded on another game and asked the players to play an unravelling game.

Rani admitted in the show that she sometimes forgets if she brushed her teeth in the morning or not that left everyone bursting with laughter and the host in shock.

The next question was who among the both got easily annoyed. Both Saif and Rani showed the placard with Rani's picture.

Explaining her stand, Rani said, "Every Bengali has a 'Kali' hidden in between (Every Bengali has a bad temperament). You must be well aware of this uncle (Amitabh)."

The host was again left speechless and tried to skip the moment. Later he made a funny face that left everyone burst with laughter.

The Journey From Babumoshai To Jaamaai Babu- Amitabh Bachchan's Bengali Connection Is Deep

BigB made his debut as an actor in 1969 with multi-starrer film Saat Hindustani. However, he remained unrecognized till Anand in 1971. Anand, starring Superstar Rajesh Khanna, was a blockbuster in which the Sarkar actor played a major role of Dr Bhaskar Banerjee who was fondly called 'Babu Moshai' by Anand (Rajesh Khanna) in the movie. Coincidentally, Anand was directed by ace director Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Big B shot to fame with this character and garnered much appreciation but it soon faded for the stardom of Khanna.

Prior to making his debut in the tinsel town, young Amitabh was employed at Bird & Company in Kolkata (Calcutta) as a business executive.

The next connection with Bengali was his life partner. Jaya Bhaduri, born to a Bengali family and married Amitabh in 1973 after working together in a couple of movies. As said by BigB himself, he was forced to marry Jaya by his family while the duo had plans to fly to London with their friends.

How The Love Saga Began...

It was in 1970 when Amitabh visited the Pune Film Institute with filmmaker K. Abbas and a group of other actors. Jaya and Amitabh shared the first glance then. Jaya was impressed with Amitabh's personality but as the latter was still a struggling actor, nothing substantial happened between the two.

Much later, the duo paired for Hrishikesh Mukherjee's Guddi and Amitabh was thrilled over it.

Jaya realised at first that she had developed feelings for the Angry Young Man, and with time the intensity grew. Later, on the sets of Ek Nazar, Amitabh too fell in love with the Bengali beauty.

Just before the release of blockbuster Zanjeer in 1973, both the actors were scheduled to fly to London if the latest release went on to become a hit. However, Amitabh's parents were adamant and rejected his idea of a London trip. His parents said, without marrying, he cannot travel with a girl. Excited Amitabh didn't delay in proposing Jaya taking the moment as the right opportunity of tying the nuptial knots. After getting a green signal from Jaya, Amitabh approached her parents and they even gave an immediate nod. Within a few days, everything was fixed and the duo took the wedding vows on June 3, 1973, and the same day flew to London.
