The actress who ruled the film industry during the 90s with superhit movies like Kaho Naa Pyar Hai, Yeh Hai Jalwa, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Humraaz, Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Aap Mujhe Ache Lagne Lage was one of the most sought after actresses.
As per reports, she was supposed to be part of blockbuster movies like Salman Khan’s Tere Naam, Shah Rukh Khan’s Chalte Chalte and Sanjay Dutt’s iconic movie ‘Munna Bhai MBBS. However, the actress had to let go the movies due to date issues.
Recalling the incidents, Ameesha said, “There were lots of films I couldn’t do. I turned them down because of date issues so I couldn’t regret it.”
Clarifying more on it, Ameesha said, “I had already committed to other films.”
However, the actress who made her Bollywood debut with Hrithik Roshan’s Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai would definitely want to work with the Greek god once again.
“I would love to! A cute, fun love story with a little bit of comedy, great music and lots of dance because we’re both good dancers,” she quipped.
“Like I have great chemistry with Sunny, I also have great chemistry with Hrithik and I’d love to work with him, so why not? I think we both debuted together and people would love that like they’ve loved Gadar. I think they would love Hrithik and me back too,” she further stated.
Meanwhile, Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 has entered the Rs 300 crore club in its first week and the craze for the film continues. Hopefully, the film shatters the box office record of SRK’s Pathaan.
