Nitesh Kumar Sahoo

Iconic singer Sonu Nigam turned 50 years old on Saturday. While fans and well-wishers celebrated Sonu’s birthday by flooding social media with wishes, the singer celebrated the occasion with friends and colleagues from the music industry.

The celebrity guests list for the birthday bash included big names like Sudesh Bhosale, Anup Jalota, Mika Singh, Jackie Shroff and Satish Shah, to name a few. Several videos from the event are doing rounds on social media. Sonu can be seen celebrating and enjoying his birthday bash surrounded by friends, colleagues and family members.

However, surprisingly T-Series owner, Bhushan Kumar can be seen at the party. In the video, Kumar is seen being welcomed warmly with a smile and hug by Sonu. Kumar can also be seen standing close to the singer during cake cutting. Later, the video also shows the duo laughing and engaged in a short conversation.

Well, from the recent pictures and videos it seems all is good between Sonu and Kumar and fans hope it continues further.

The feud between Sonu and Kumar is known to all. In 2020, Sonu released a video on social media in which he spoke about ‘music mafia.’ Further, he released another video in which he took Kumar’s name and warned him not to engage with him in any manner. Later, Divya Khosla Kumar reacted to the video and reminded him of his underworld connections and how his entire career was a blessing by her father-in-law Gulshan Kumar.

Following the incident, Sonu wasn’t seen lending his voice for any song for T-Series and also remained away from Bollywood with recording a few selective songs. However, after 3 years, reports were abuzz that Sonu and Bhushan made amends after Sonu dubbed a song for Laal Singh Chaddha upon Aamir Khan’s request. The reports stated that Kumar and Sonu mutually decided to meet and talk things out and they decided to let bygones be bygones.

Sonu was later quoted in a media report as saying, ““Let’s not make a big deal out of it. Peace and love is what should prevail eventually.”
