Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are in the headlines for the last couple of days as the Brahmastra co-stars are reportedly all set to tie the knot this week. While the wedding preparations are in full swing, yet, there is no official confirmation from the family members.

Excitement among the fans is scaling high with each passing day as the expected wedding day is inching closer. While April 17 is reportedly locked for wedding, other festive rituals will begin from April 13.

Recently, fans and well wishers of the actors were left in splits after Randhir Kapoor reportedly said that he was unaware of the wedding.

Besides, Ranbir's mother and yesteryear actress Neetu Singh preferred to stay mum when inquired about Alia-Ranbir wedding date.

Even though several videos are circulating on social media platforms showing full-fledged preparations for the event, a few videos showing Neetu's response are now going viral on social media with some fans expressing concerns.

When Neetu encountered with the paparazzi, they asked to disclose the final date locked for wedding. Instead of answering to the question, Neetu said, "Questions bilkul nahi puchna (Don't ask me any questions)."

In another video, Neetu responded to the same question saying, "Mein kyun bataun (Why should I reveal)."

"Is the wedding really going to happen or it's just another rumour we often come across. I'm really concerned about the actors, especially Alia," said a fan.

Another fan said, "Alia-Ranbir might have planned to make their wedding a private affair which seems to have become a trend in the B-Town. But, Neetuji's silence is weird when it's her only son's marriage. Is it really happening?"

However, the latest visuals of illuminated building of Alia and Ranbir streamed excitement among all.

On the other hand, reports are making rounds on social media claiming that Ranbir and Alia will exchange vows before the pheras begin on their wedding day. The reports earlier claimed that the wedding will take place in a traditional Punjabi style, but before the traditional Hindu wedding, the couple is planning to exchange vows and the lovebirds have written down their vows by themselves.

Meanwhile, social media users are enjoying the memes and comedy videos made on Alia-Ranbir wedding. Popular YouTuber Beyounick shared a video in which he is seen running behind a car while wiping his tears. He was chasing a car with Alia weds Ranbir board fixed behind it. Later, the video also showed his picture with Alia which gets replaced by Ranbir's. He captioned the video, "me on 17th April."

The video got widely appreciated across social media and also impressed Alia who later commented on the video, "Ded."
