Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani's rumoured entry in Maddock Supernatural Universe annoys fans

Following the mammoth success of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao's Stree 2, Maddock Films announced an exciting lineup under Maddock Supernatural Universe for the coming years. While Thama will star Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead, Bhediya 2 will be a sequel to the Varun Dhawan-starrer. Similarly, Stree 3 and Maha Munjya will be a follow-up to their predecessors. However, the makers are yet to announce the cast for Shakti Shalini, Chamunda, Pehla Mahayudh and Doosara Mahayudh. However, the recent buzz in the industry is Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani are signing exciting projects with Maddock Films.

Reportedly, Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani were snapped outside filmmaker Dinesh Vijan's office on different occasions in 2024. Soon buzz started doing rounds that Alia and Kiara could be roped in by the makers for expanding the horror-comedy universe.

After Maddock Films made the big announcement about the exciting lineups, the buzz bas once again reignited. Speculations are rife that Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani could be roped in for Shakti Shalini and Chamunda.

While the makers are yet to announce the cast for Shakti Shalini and Chamunda. However, the buzz was enough for fans to express their displeasure with the rumoured entry of Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani.

Many went on to troll Alia and Kiara over their possible entry into MSU.

One user wrote, "Not Alia and Kiara ruining this too for us 😭😭😭😭😭 can’t we have ANYTHING nice??" (sic)

"Alia (bhatt) can't do comedy. She's going to flunk," wrote another.

Meanwhile, another user wrote, "So, Alia Bhatt jumped into Maddlock boat seeing success they're having. I'm feeling the horror comedy universe will fall soon. People will get bored watching the genre. Everyone is making horror comedy, and maddlocks' entire line up of 7 or 8 is the same exact genre." (sic)

Another wrote, "Alia? Oh god. Why?" (sic)

"Why Kiara?" wrote another. (sic)

The comments section is flooded with netizens expressing their displeasure over the buzz of Alia and Kiara entering MSU.

Well, fans need to wait until the makers raise the curtains and reveal the cast for the announced movies.
