Akshay-Raveena, Katrina-Salman: 6 onscreen reunions soon to blaze silver screen

Certain pairs become iconic as their chemistry onscreen is what elevates the impact of a scene. Now these pairs can be the lead hero and lead heroine, or two lead actors or actresses.

Whenever such pairs make a comeback on the screen after a long time, it naturally triggers a lot of interest and excitement among fans.

Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon

This was one of the superhit romantic lead pair of the 90s. Together Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon worked on many big hits like Mohra, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, Barood, and others. Their superhit dances like “Tip tip barsa pani” to “Tu cheez badi hai mast mast” are watched and enjoyed even today by their fans. Both of them stopped working with each other after their bitter breakup but now are reuniting with Welcome 3 to be directed by Ahmed Khan.

Tiger is one of the biggest spy franchises from YRF. Its first two movies have been big hits and the threequel is poised to release on November 10. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have worked in many movies but they are returning back to the silver screen after a gap of few years. Their last release Bharat was released in 2019. The characters of Tiger and Zoya in the movies from Tiger franchise have a separate fan base and hence when these two superstars reunite once again on the silver screen they are sure to set the screen ablaze.

Sharman Joshi and Sahil Khan will reunite on the big screen after a gap of more than two decades. The actors who became famous with Xcuse Me and Style will soon reunite in Sam Khan-directed untitled movie. Reportedly, a new actress is expected to make her debut with Sharman and Sahil.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan

Just as Salman Khan had a cameo as Tiger in SRK’s Pathaan, the Badshaah will now reprise his role as Pathaan in Bhaijan’s Tiger 3. It will be a cameo but once again reunite Salman and Shah Rukh and fans are already very much eager for them to create the magic similar to that of Pathaan.

Kajol and Kriti worked together 8 years ago in Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale which features Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan as the male leads. Now Kajol and the Adipurush actress are reuniting for a mystery thriller Do Patti. Importantly, Kriti will be debuting as a producer with this project.
