Kill, the highly anticipated action thriller, is set to release in India tomorrow, July 5, 2024. The film stars debutant Lakshya Lalwani alongside Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala. Since its premiere at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on September 7, 2023, in the Midnight Madness section, Kill has become one of the most awaited films of the year. It has also been screened at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Lakshya Lalwani was initially slated to make his Bollywood debut with Dostana 2, starring Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor. However, the film was shelved due to creative differences between Karan Johar and Kartik. Now, Lakshya is making his debut with Kill, produced by KJo's Dharma Productions and National Award winner Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment.

The plot of Kill revolves around a normal train journey from Ranchi to New Delhi, which turns into a deadly arena when a group of bandits attack the passengers, leading to an intense battle with two powerful commandos.

Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill is touted to be one of the country's most violent films. The film features Lakshya Lalwani, Tanya Maniktala, and Raghav Juyal in the lead roles, with Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chaya, and Abhishek Chauhan among the supporting cast.

After its theatrical run, Kill will have its OTT premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. The exact OTT release date is yet to be announced.

Interestingly, the producers of the John Wick franchise are set to remake Kill in English. According to a report in Deadline, Lionsgate and 87Eleven Entertainment are developing the remake, with Chad Stahelski, Jason Spitz, and Alex Young helming the project.

Kill is all set to hit theatres on July 5, 2024, promising an intense and thrilling cinematic experience.
