7 interesting facts about Sana Javed, the Pakistani actress who married Shoaib Malik

Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik has sent social media into a frenzy after he announced his marriage to popular actress Sana Javed. The star cricketer who was earlier married to tennis star Sania Mirza has a son together while Sana Javed was married to singer Umair Jaswal.

1.    Sana was originally born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on March 25, 1993. She made her big debut in 2012 with Shehr-e-Zaat.
2.    She got her big recognition after appearing in popular Pakistani actor Feroze Khan’s romantic drama Khaani. She became a household name after the drama became a huge hit.
3.    Her chemistry with Feroze Khan was much applauded and she went on to receive a Lux Style Awards nomination for her performance in Khaani.
4.    She rose to prominence with her role of an antagonist in romantic drama ‘Zara Yaad Kar’ opposite Zahid Ahmed and Yumna Zaidi.
5.    She had a romantic, love marriage with Pakistani actor, singer-songwriter and music producer Umair Jaswal. However, the couple divorced soon after in just two years.
