Sid and Jacky had an intimate kissing scene in the movie A Gentleman. When the scene started, the two got so engrossed in the kissing that they simply did not stop even after the director called the shot okay.

During the shooting of the movie Flying Jatt, Tiger and Jacqueline just had to come closer and get cozy. But when the scene started, Remo forgot to say cut for a moment while the two actors took this opportunity to lock lips even though the director had no intention of showing a kiss in the scene.

Ranbir and Evelyn worked together in the movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani which also starred Ranbir’s ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone in the lead. In one of the scenes, Ranbir Kapoor had to touch Evelyn's legs but continued to caress them even after the director had said cut.
Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia
When Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia were shooting for the movie Prem Dharam, they were supposed to do a kissing scene. During the shot, Vinod got so involved in the act that he kept on kissing Dimple even when the director asked him to stop. Dimple started yelling and finally, the director stepped in and stopped the actor. Mahesh Bhatt was so embarrassed by this entire incident that he, later on, apologized to Dimple.
Madhuri Dixit and Ranjit
There was a rape scene between Ranjit and Madhuri Dixit in the movie Prem Pratigya. While shooting for the scene Ranjit got so engrossed in the act that he literally started forcing himself on the Bollywood superstar. She got scared and all through the movie afterward, she asked him not to touch her.
