Audience and critics alike praised her performance as the Mithravinda Devi, the queen of Udayghar kingdom, who falls in love with the brave warrior Bhairava (Ram Charan).

Darling: For the first time in her career, the gorgeous beauty appeared alongside Prabhas and fans went crazy for both of them. Many even thought that they were indeed dating each other due to their on-screen chemistry. Kajal delivered a power-packed performance as Nandini, the childhood sweetheart of Prabhas in the movie. The love story went on to become a blockbuster and earned Kajal a nomination for Best actress at the Filmfare Awards.

Mr. Perfect: Again came the blockbuster hit of Kajal and Prabhas, where she essayed the role of a doctor and Prabhas’ childhood friend. The movie also went on to become superhit and Kajal’s performance as a traditional and conservative village woman is still loved by cinegoers even today. The movie got her nominated as the Best Supporting Actress at the Filmfare Awards.

Singham: After winning the hearts of millions down South, Kajal made her big debut with Ajay Devgn in Rohit Shetty’s 2011-film Singham. The movie was a major hit and everyone was in love with Kajal’s performance as Bajirao Singham’s ladylove.

Thuppaki: Kajal is one of the few actresses who has worked with all big stars down South. After romancing all the big stars in Tollywood, she went on to work with many superhit Tamil movies.
