UPSC third topper Ananya Reddy calls Virat Kohli her inspiration

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday declared the result of the Civil Services 2023 with Telangana’s Donuru Ananya Reddy securing third rank in UPSC CSE 2023.

Interestingly, while most of the civil services candidates get inspired by IAS or IPS officers, Ananya calls cricketer Virat Kohli her inspiration. A throwback video of Ananya calling Virat as her inspiration has now gone viral on X (formerly known as Twitter).

“Virat Kohli, he is my favourite player. Just the kind of inspiration and the never-give-up kind of attitude he has and his discipline, no matter what may be the result, but we should work hard for it is a major takeaway from Virat Kohli,” Ananya can be heard saying in the viral video.

As expected, Virat Kohli fans assembled in the comments section and heaped praises on Ananya for her kind words for the King of Cricket.
