Known for academic achievements and UPSC success, IAS Srushti has overcome many obstacles to make a positive impact on the society. Born as an ordinary girl in Bhopal, she secured AIR-05 in 2018 UPSC CSE to become an IAS officer.

Her viral marksheet proves she is one of the best brilliant minds that the country has produced. As per the viral marksheet, she has scored an impressive 113 in Essay (Paper-1), 120 in General Studies -1 (Paper II), 111 in General Studies-II (Paper III), 115 in General Studies-III (Paper IV), 124 in General Studies-IV (Paper V), 162 in Optional-1 (Sociology Paper-VI), 150 in Optional-2 (Sociology Paper-VII), with 895 written total and 173 in personality test taking her final total to 1068 marks.

Interestingly, this was Srushti’s first attempt and she did it in her first try itself, becoming the female topper of her batch.
A brilliant mind from childhood, Srushti attended Carmel Convent School in BHEL, Bhopal, where she excelled with a remarkable 93.4% in her 12th Board. She later went on to pursue Chemical Engineering at Bhopal’s Lakshmi Narain College of Technology after not being able to clear IIT entrance exam.

She then decided to become an IAS officer and balanced her engineering studies with UPSC preparation. Although it wasn’t an easy job, she dedicated significant time and energy to both endeavours.

Srushti attributed her UPSC success strategy to reading daily newspapers and watching Rajya Sabha TV (RSTV). Additionally, she made effective use of online study materials. Married to IAS Nagarjun B Gowda, she continues to inspire others with her remarkable achievements.
