The University Grants Commission (UGC) on Thursday announced the schedule of the UGC-NET December 2022 for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor.   

In a series of tweets, UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar shared details about the test for which submission of online application began today. The online form fill up will continue till January 17, 2023 (up to 5 PM).

“Announcement on UGC-NET December 2022: NTA has been entrusted by UGC for conducting UGC-NET, which is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘Assistant Professor’ and ‘JRF and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges,” Jagadesh Kumar wrote. 
 

“The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC-NET December 2022 for ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ and eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ in 83 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode,” he added. 

He further informed that the UGC NET examination will be conducted from February 21 to March 10, 2023.
