 The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the application form for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles).

As per the schedule, NTA will conduct UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) for ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ and eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ in 82 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

“The slots of JRF of both UGC-NET December 2021 & June 2022 cycles have been merged while the methodology for Subject wise cum Category-wise allocation of JRF remain unchanged,” the NTA notice read.

Activity schedule of UGC-NET December 2021 & June 2022 (merged cycles):

Submission of online application form: April 30 to May 20, 2022 (upto 05:00 P.M)

Last date for submission of examination fee (through Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking /UPI: May 20, 2022 (upto 11:50 P.M)

Correction in the particulars in online application form: May 21 to May 23, 2022

Dates of examination: to be announced later

Timing of examination: First Shift: 9:00 am to12:00 pm Second Shift: 3:00 pm to 06:00pm

Application Fee:

General/ Unreserved: Rs. 1100

General-EWS/OBC-NCL: Rs. 550

SC/ST/PwD/ Third gender: Rs. 275

Important Instructions:

Candidates can apply for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) through the “Online” mode only through the website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in

Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and mobile number provided in the online application form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered mobile number only.
