The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday opened the correction window for the registered candidates of University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) December 2020 and June 2021 cycles.

As per the notification issued by the NTA, candidates can make necessary corrections between September 7 and 12, 2021 till 11:50 pm by visiting the website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in. 

"All the registered candidates for the said examination are advised to visit the website and verify their particulars. They are further advised to make correction in their particulars, on their respective registration form, wherever incorrect or incomplete," the notification read.

The correction facility is available only for the candidates who have already successfully submitted the application form along with the requisite fee on or before September 6, 2021, the notification added.

Steps To Make Corrections 

  • Visit ugcnet.nta.nic.in
  • Click ‘Correction window for UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles’
  • To log in enter application number, password and security pin
  • Make necessary corrections and submit
  • Take a print out of the edited application form for future reference

Notably, the UGC NET 2021 exams for both the cycles are scheduled to be held from October 6 to 8 and October 17 to 19 respectively.
