The Odisha Higher Education department on Thursday released the first selection cut-off list for Plus 3 admission for 2021-2022 academic session. The first cut-off mark has been released on www.samsodisha.gov.in. 

As many as 1,68,537 students have been selected in the first phase for admission in various degree colleges across the State. This year, a total of 2,44,252 students had applied for the Plus 3 admission. 

The BJB college in the State capital recorded cut off of 95.20 per cent in geography, 96.40 in physics and zoology and 92 per cent in commerce. 

As per the timeline issued by the Higher Education department, the admission process will be conducted from September 13 to September 16. 

Applicants will have to report at the allotted institutions for taking admission for the first selection merit list from September 13 to 16 (5 pm).

Updation of slide-up option form online by the admitted students during 'First Round of Admission' will also be conducted from September 13 to 16 (11.45 pm). 

Moreover, the respective institutions can update data of admitted students including error reporting in the e-space (for First Round admission) from September 13 to 16 (7 pm).
