OJEE 2022: Important notice for PwD candidates seeking admission to technical, professional courses

In a notice, the OJEE chairman said that Physically Challenged (PC) category candidates are required to attend the Medical Board which will be held on September 15 and 16.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authorities have issued an important notice regarding medical board for physically challenged (PC) candidates seeking admission to various technical and professional courses under OJEE–2022. 

In a notice, the OJEE chairman said that Physically Challenged (PC) category candidates are required to attend the Medical Board which will be held on September 15 and 16.

"The Physically Challenged (PC) Category Candidates having valid JEE (MAIN) 2022 Ranks (Paper 1/Paper 2A and 2B) / OJEE 2022 ranks, who are interested to take admission in PC category in courses of B. Tech, B. Arch, B. Plan, B. CAT, MBA, MCA, M. Tech, M. Arch, M. Plan, all Lateral Entry Courses and Integrated MBA through OJEE counselling, are required to attend the Medical Board at LT – II, SCB Medical College, Cuttack on 15.09.2022 and 16.09.2022 at 10.00 AM positively," the notice read.

Candidates are required to bring their Admit card/ Rank Card and Photo Identity Card to the Medical Board. They have been asked to report at the Board by 9.30 am with 3 ply cotton masks, personal sanitisers etc. and maintain social distance and discipline.

"Decision of the Medical Board is final and binding. Admission under PC category will be made only as per the recommendations of this Board," the notice added.
