Odisha UG first-year classes from Oct 13, PG from Oct 17

The Odisha Higher Education Department on Friday released the latest notification announcing the dates of commencement of first-year UG and PG stream classes for the academic session 2022-23.

In a letter to the Chairman, PG Council of all State Public Universities and Principals of all Government and Non-Government Colleges, the Higher Education Department has informed that classroom teaching of First Year U.G. students (Freshly admitted) for the session 2022-23 will commence from 13.10.2022.

Similarly, the physical classes for First Year P.G. students (Freshly admitted) for the session 2022-23 will commence from 17.10.2022.

According to the notification issued by the government, hostel facilities shall also be made available for those students who have taken admission in hostels.
