The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has decided to conduct the offline exam for Plus 2 students from October 1 to October 11, 2021.

Students, who are not satisfied with the marks awarded to them for the cancelled annual Plus 2 examination through an alternative assessment system, will appear for the offline examination.

It is pertinent to mention here that the students who will appear for the offline examination, their marks obtained through the alternative assessment will become obsolete. The marks secured in the offline examination will be deemed final.

A total of 13043 students have reportedly applied for the offline exam. Earlier, CHSE had invited online applications for the Plus 2 offline exam from September 3.

As many as 2, 20,081 students including 1,89, 363 regular students had appeared in the Plus 2 Arts stream this year, out of which 1,96, 959 students including 1,86,685 regular students passed in the Arts stream.

Similarly, 89951 students passed the annual Plus II exam in the Science stream. As many as 55468 students secured 1st division, 16943 2nd division and 14631 in 3rd division.

A total of 23,292 students passed the Plus 2 exam in the Commerce stream. While 8355 students secured first division, 5692 and 9066 students got second division and third division respectively.
