The results of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2022 were declared on Wednesday. State Skill Development and Technical Education Minister Pritiranjan Ghadei formally announced the result in the presence of the Principal Secretary, DTET. 

Candidates can download their results by visiting the official website of OJEE- ojee.nic.in.

Shradharabinda Samantray of Jagatsinghpur emerged as the topper in MBA (Master of Business Administration) while Ishant Kumar Nayak secured the top position in MCA (Master of Computer Applications).

Similarly, Arup Kumar has been adjudged topper in B.Pharm, Sachin Nayak in M.Pharm, Sanjeev Pradhan in M.Tech (Civil Engineering), Pankaj Kumar and Ranjan Mohapatra in M.Tech (Electronics) and M.Tech (Mechanical) respectively.

Candidates who have secured ranks can take part in OJEE counselling beginning from August 10 for admission to different technical and professional courses in government and private colleges of Odisha corresponding to their rank and other qualifying criteria.

The OJEE was held between July 4 and July 8 in which as many as 47, 761 students had appeared. Out of total examinees, 47, 729 have been allotted ranks in their corresponding courses as per their performances in the examination.

The entrance examination was held for various technical, professional courses- B.Tech., LE-Tech. (Dip), LE-Tech (B.Sc), B. Pharm, MBA, MCA, Int. MBA. LE-Pharm, M. Pharm, M. Arch, M. Plan and M. Tech (11 specialisations) running in different Government and Private Institutes/Universities of the State for the academic year 2022-23.

The entrance was conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) for all the courses. The government had set up 61 centres in 30 districts for the smooth conduct of the examination. Besides, four centres were set up in three cities outside Odisha namely Kolkata, Ranchi and Patna.
