The Odisha Higher Education Department (DHE) on Friday announced the timeline for the publication of Under Graduate (UG) final semester/ final year examination (2022-23) results.

In a letter to the vice-chancellors of all state public universities and principals of colleges, the DHE has stated that the result of UG final semester and year-end examinations for the academic year 2022-23 should be published by July 7, 2023.

This will ensure early conduct of the CPET examination, admission into Post Graduate (PG) courses and commencement of classes for the upcoming 2023-24 session.

The DHE, in its letter, has asked the concerned officials to conduct all the UG final year examinations accordingly, which will facilitate the students of the state to appear in different examinations conducted by Central Universities for taking admission in higher classes.

“If needed, extra classes should be conducted for timely completion of courses well before the examinations,” the DHE letter read.

The Higher Education Department has categorically stated that examinations for other semesters, back-papers may be conducted as and when suitable, keeping in mind the UG final semester/ year examinations for the academic session 2022-23.
