The DHE has allowed the applicants (those who have already been admitted in Phase I admission) to participate in the Phase II admission process. The applicants need to collect CLC physically from the last admitted higher educational institution.
UG Admission
The Department of Higher Education (DHE) on Monday released guidelines and timeline for phase II admission into UG and PG courses under SAMS in the higher education institutions for the academic year 2023-24.
As per the DHE notification, the last date for applying through the common application form for UG is September 16 while the availability of the common application form in the students’ log-in for providing fresh options and editing of the entered data (if required) will begin from September 13.

Late Date For Applying CAF: September 16
Editing of the earlier submitted CAF (for once only), if required: September 17 and September 18
Publication of provisional allotment of seats along with waitlisted applicants: September 26
Data updation of admitted students in the e-space by respective institutions (for first round admission): September 27 to September 30
Publication of merit list among reported waitlisted applicants on the notice board and communication to the selected applicants via phone call/sms: October 6
Availability of CAF: September 13
The last date for providing fresh options in CAF and editing the entered data (if required): is September 22
Publication of provisional first selection of seats along with waitlisted applicants in e-space of higher educational institutions: September 28
Reporting of applicants at allotted institutions for taking admission (for first-round admission): October 3 to October 5
