The Odisha Higher Education Department has revised the dateline for the Common PG Admission 2022 for state public universities and colleges.

As per the latest notification, the dateline for Common PG Admission for the state public universities and colleges with PG courses under Student Academic Management System (SAMS) has been extended.

Details:

Handing over the entrance marks to OCAC by the entrance examination conducting university extended till August 22.

Publication of subject-wise and state-wide merit list: September 5

Provisional allotment of seats (first round): September 15

Reporting and admission of the first round applicants: September 16 and 17

Updation of slide-up option form online only by the students taken admission out of first round merit list and final data updation on e-space: September 19

Provisional allotment of seats (Second round): September 23

Reporting and admission of the second round applicants: September 24 and 25

Data updation in the e-space of the students admitted from the second round merit list by respective institutions: September 26

Publication of vacant seats SAMS website: September 29

Publication of spot merit list: October 10

Reporting of candidates for spot admission at the institutions: October 11 and 12

Updation of the selected candidate’s name by the HEIs out of the reported candidates for spot selection: October 13

Publication of final selected spot merit list for admission: October 14

Admission and data updation of the admitted candidates from spot merit list: October 15 and October 17

Collection of admission fees at the respective HEIs (after completion of e-admission process for the session 2022-23): Will be notified by higher education department later.
