NEET UG exam 2024: Know all about application process and more

The registration process for the NEET UG Exam 2024 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence soon. 

Aspiring candidates can access the registration link for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test on the official NTA NEET website at neet.nta.nic.in.

The NEET (UG) 2024 is scheduled to take place on May 5, 2024, with a duration of 3 hours and 20 minutes. 

The exam pattern includes four subjects, each divided into two sections. Section A comprises 35 questions, while Section B has 15 questions, with candidates having the option to attempt any 10 out of the 15 questions. 

Despite this choice, the total number of questions and the allocated time for the examination will remain unchanged.

NEET (UG) – 2023 is a traditional Pen & Paper-based Test, where candidates must use a Ball Point Pen to mark their responses on the specially designed machine-gradable OMR sheet provided at the examination center.

To apply for the NEET UG Exam 2024, candidates can follow these steps:

• Visit the official website of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in

• Locate and click on the NEET UG Exam 2024 registration link on the home page

• Provide the required registration details and complete the registration process

• Log in to the account using the created credentials

• Fill out the application form and make the necessary fee payment

• Submit the form and download a copy of the confirmation page

• It is advisable to retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference
