NTA NEET Exam
With NEET UG 2025 all set to take place today, May 4, 2025, candidates are making their final preparations for the examination. As they head to their designated exam centres, they must ensure all necessary documents and requirements are in place for a smooth exam experience.
Candidates are reminded to bring the following essential items to the exam centre:
Admit Card: A printed copy with the candidate’s photograph affixed, identical to the one uploaded during the application process.
Photo ID Proof: Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
Passport-sized Photograph: One recent photograph that matches the one uploaded in the application form.
Postcard-sized Photograph: A 4” x 6” photograph for the proforma.
Self-Declaration Form: A signed self-declaration form, available on the NTA website.
Candidates are advised to adhere to the following dress code to avoid any inconvenience:
Clothing: Light-coloured, half-sleeve shirts or tops are recommended. Avoid wearing full-sleeve garments or heavy clothing.
Footwear: Only slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed. Shoes with thick soles are prohibited.
Accessories: Jewellery, including earrings and necklaces, should not be worn. Candidates wearing cultural attire should be prepared for extra inspection, so it’s advised to arrive early at the exam centre.
Candidates must not carry the following items into the examination hall:
Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets
Bags, books, or study materials of any kind
Watches, calculators, or stationery items (pens, pencils, etc.)
Food or drinks (except for water in a transparent bottle)
Candidates should arrive at least 90 minutes before the scheduled exam time to allow ample time for verification and entry procedures. All required documents should be ready for inspection to ensure a smooth process at the exam centre.
