The stage is all set for the much-awaited National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) to be conducted today. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the undergraduate medical entrance exam today in one shift from 2 pm to 5.30 pm.

Sources said around 18,72,341 candidates have registered for the test today. The NEET UG will be conducted at 499 examination centres across the country. Another 14 centres have also been set up abroad.

The NTA has postponed the examination for candidates who have their examination centres in violence-hit Manipur.

In another development, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is also starting tomorrow. The OJEE will be conducted in three shifts from May 8 to May 15, 2021.

The first shift exam will start from 9 am -11 am, the second shift from 12:30 pm to 2: 30 pm and the third shift is scheduled to be held from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The exams for LE Tech (Diploma), LE Tech (Diploma) and LE Tech (Diploma) will also be held tomorrow.
