The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced the extension of the last date of submission of online application forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) –2022 Session 1.   

The last date for submission of application form, which was scheduled to end on March 31, has now been extended up to April 5, 2022 (Tuesday) (up to 09:50 p.m.).

Similarly, the last date for payment of Application Fee Online has been extended till April 5, 2022 (up to 11:50 pm).

“In view of the numerous requests received from the candidates and the hardship faced by them in filling the Online Application Form for JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1 due to various reasons, the National Testing Agency has decided to extend the last date of submission of Online Application Forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2022 Session 1,” the NTA said in a notice today.

The JEE Main session 1 examination will be conducted on April 21, 24, 25, 29 and May 1 and 4, 2022. 

The NTA said a total of 12 new Foreign Cities in addition to 13 existing Cities have also been added for JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1 on the demand of the Indian diaspora in various foreign cities. 

“The dates of Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on JEE (Main) portal in due course,” it added.
