JEE Advanced 2025: IIT Kanpur opens portal for registration issues, applications close on May 2

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has introduced a dedicated portal to assist candidates facing difficulties during the registration process for JEE Advanced 2025. Applicants can raise queries or report technical issues directly through the official website: jeeadv.ac.in.

According to the official site, candidates encountering new registration-related problems are encouraged to use the “Registration Related Issues” page, where responses to submitted queries will be posted in due course.

Key Dates to Remember

Registration Deadline: Applications for JEE Advanced 2025, which began on April 23, must be submitted by May 2, 2025 (11:59 PM IST).

Fee Payment Deadline: The final date for paying the registration fee is May 5, 2025 (11:59 PM IST).

Exam Schedule and Format

JEE Advanced 2025 will be conducted on Sunday, May 18, 2025. The examination consists of two compulsory papers:

Paper I: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST

Paper II: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM IST

Each paper will last three hours. Candidates with disabilities (PwD or those with less than 40% disability who have opted for compensatory time) will receive four hours per paper.
