From being a poor farmer’s son hailing from a modest Uttar Pradesh village to securing All-India Rank (AIR) 454 in the UPSC CSE 2022 exam, the journey of Bajrang Yadav was not a bed of roses.

The young future bureaucrat had to suffer family loss and overcome the tragic loss of his father in a murder to achieve the success that he has achieved. Bajrang Yadav has rightfully proven that life’s challenges cannot dictate a person’s fate.

As per a report in DNA India, Yadav was born in a modest hamlet in Basti district of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his schooling at Urmila Educational Academy and then went on to receive his mathematics degree from Allahabad University.

After completing his degree, he decided to relocate to Delhi and finally give a try to his dream of becoming an IAS officer, Times Now reported.

Being a farmer’s son, it wasn’t easy for him to relocate to Delhi and begin his UPSC coaching in 2019. Despite all the financial constraints, his family sent him to Delhi where he began his preparations. However, little did he know that there were more obstacles waiting to turn his life upside down.

Just a year after, his father was brutally murdered in 2020, leaving Bajrang completely devastated. His family was shattered as they could not do anything and were left with no breadwinner. The financial situation of the family got terribly awful making it exceedingly challenging for Bajrang to continue his coaching.

However, the tragic loss of his father further strengthened his dream of clearing the UPSC and prove his worth as an officer. To his aid, came Drishti IAS Coaching Centre founder and well-known mentor Vikas Divyakirti.

As per media reports, Bajrang received free tutoring for the Civil Services Examination under a scheme launched by Vikas Divyakirti and embarked on a road of UPSC journey.

His hard work finally paid off and Bajrang successfully secured AIR 454 in the recently announced UPSC CSE 2022 exam. Bajrang’s journey is an inspiration for thousands of aspirants who are battling financial and other personal crises to fulfill their dream.
