IGNOU invites entries for Business Plan Competition 2023

The Innovation Council (IIC) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has invited entries for Business Plan Competition 2023.

The IIC is actively engaged in fostering students and alumni towards Atmanirbhar Bharat by supporting and nurturing the innovator students and alumni of IGNOU interested in setting up their own startups.

As per IGNOU notification, the Students and Alumni of IGNOU who have designed and developed an Innovative Business Plan for Startup or Entrepreneurship, are invited to submit their Innovative Business Plan for the Business Plan Competition-2023.

The Business Plan Competition-2023 will be held in two Rounds.

A Business Model Canvas is to be submitted in the first round and those shortlisted will be provided Training-cum-Mentoring on Business Plan Development and will be eligible for the second round.

“In the Second Round, the shortlisted students/alumni will be required to submit their complete Business Plan as per the format to be provided after completion of First Round,” the notification read.

The last date for submitting the Business Model Canvas is May 28, 2023 and Complete Business Plan is June 20, 2023.
