The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations on Monday announced results for the class 10 and 12 board examinations 2024.

As per official sources, girl students outperformed boys in both class 10 (ICSE) and class 12 (ISC) examinations. The pass percentage of girl students stands at 99.65%, while 99.31% boys have passed in the class 10 examination. In class 12, 98.01% of girls passed while 95.96% of boys passed. The pass percentage of ICSE is 99.47% (2,42,328 passed) while that of ISC is 98.19% (98,088 passed).

In class 10 (ICSE), girls have done better than boys registering a pass percentage of 99.34%. Boys have achieved a pass percentage of 98.86%.

In class 12 (ISC) as well, girls have outshined the boys with a pass percentage of 98.95%. The pass percentage of boys is 98.85%.

588 Scheduled Caste candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of 98.64%.

955 Scheduled Tribe candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of 97.17%.

1404 Other Backward Classes candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of 99.50%.

98 Scheduled Caste candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of 98.98%.

276 Scheduled Tribe candidates took the examination achieving a pass percentage of 98.55%.
