Every year, thousands of aspirants crack the UPSC Civil Services Exam, India’s toughest exam, and fulfill their dream of becoming IAS, IPS, and IFS officers. Among them are a few candidates who truly deserved it. When you hear their stories and life journey, you will feel that they truly deserved it.

One such motivational tale is that of IAS Neha Bhosle whose life journey is incredibly inspiring and motivational due to her accomplishments and unwavering will to succeed.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Neha wanted to do well in life and give it back to the society. Unlike her friends in Mumbai who always dreamt of showbiz, Neha focused on studies and was always a motivated learner. After her schooling, she went on to major in science in her Class 11 and 12 before opting for engineering.

She was so good in her studies that her parents allowed her to do her MBA after completing her engineering. She appeared for the CAT exam and secured an impressive 99.36 percentile and secured a seat at the esteemed IIM Lucknow.

Following her MBA, she got a lucrative job in an Indian corporation and was earning well. However, the dream of UPSC was hovering over her mind and she decided to give it a try. She worked full time and at the same time focused on her preparation at night. However, her first attempt came with disappointment.

This time, she decided to quit her well-paying job and focus completely on the preparation. She studied day and night, but she once again faced failure in her second attempt. However, she was unfazed and resolved to put in more effort as she was sure that she could crack the exam.

Finally, with her strong determination and sheer belief, she cracked the UPSC exam with an impressive All India Rank (AIR)-15 on her third attempt. Currently, she is posted as the Assistant Collector and PO for ITDP-Kinwat in Nanded, Maharashtra.
