The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Saturday declared the results of the Graduate Aptitude Test -Biotechnology (GAT – B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) – 2021.
The NTA had conducted the entrance examination for GAT-B and BET-2021 on August 14 for admissions into the Department of Biotechnology supported Post Graduate Programme in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating Institutions (GAT-B) and for award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET).
The exams were held in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in 51 Cities across India. As per the official notification, out of 7,782 candidates, who registered themselves for the Graduate Aptitude Test, 6900 candidates had undertaken the test. A total of 10588 candidates had appeared the Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) exam against the total registrations made by 11956 candidates.

The questions, provisional answer keys and the responses of the candidates were displayed on the NTA website during 17-18 August 2021 and challenges were invited from the candidates who appeared in the exam.
Challenges received were got verified by the experts and the results were processed as per the verified answer keys, the NTA notification read.
Results of the examination - Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2021 and Scores of Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) can be accessed on https://dbt.nta.ac.in, https://www.nta.ac.in websites .
Candidates, who had applied for Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2021, can login to the website and view/download/print their scorecard. Candidates, who had applied for Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) 2021, can view their Scores on the website. They can download / Print their Score and Rank Card afterwards.
