DHE Odisha extends dateline for UG, PG students to apply for scholarships

The Odisha Department of Higher Education (DHE) has extended the dateline for online application and validation of all categories of scholarship for the year 2021-22.

As per the latest notification, the DHE has asked the General Manager (Admin) OCAC to keep two schemes live in the state scholarship portal as per the revised extension dates.

The dateline for online application by students and online validation by institutes for all categories of scholarships awarded by the higher education department under e-Medhabruti and Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti has been extended.

Fresh application by students: June 30, 2022

Fresh online validation by heads of institutions/principals: July 15, 2022

Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti (UG Odia and PG Odia)

Fresh application by students: June 30, 2022

Fresh online validation by heads of institutions/principals: July 15, 2022

Earlier, the last date to apply for the scholarship was May 5 and was extended to May 20, 2022. Under e-Medhabruti scholarship, financial assistance is provided to meritorious students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, technical and professional courses. Similarly, the Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarship is provided to students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Odia language.
