CUET UG 2025: City intimation slip expected soon on NTA website

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the city intimation slip for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2025 shortly. Candidates who have registered for the examination will be able to download the city slip by visiting the official website, link - exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.

The city intimation slip will inform candidates about the exam date, the city of examination, and the shift allotted. It is important to note that the slip is not the admit card; it is issued solely for the purpose of informing candidates in advance about their examination city.

CUET UG 2025: Exam Details

CUET UG 2025 will be conducted from May 8 to June 1, 2025 across the country. The examination will be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across 380 cities in India and 26 international locations.

The test will be offered in 13 languages: Odia, English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

For admission to undergraduate programmes for the academic year 2025-26, CUET UG will cover 37 subjects — comprising 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and one General Aptitude Test. Candidates may choose up to a maximum of five subjects, including languages and the General Aptitude Test.

Marking Scheme

Each correct answer will be awarded +5 marks.
Each incorrect answer will attract a penalty of -1 mark.
No marks will be awarded or deducted for unanswered or unattempted questions.
Every effort will be made to ensure that each question has only one correct answer.

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025 is a national-level entrance examination for admission into undergraduate programmes across central universities and several participating universities in India.
