  • In Odisha, 99.98 per cent students cleared the Class 10 examination while the pass percentage for Class 12 stood at 99.93 %.

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared Class 10 and 12 results on Saturday afternoon.

The overall pass percentage for this year is at 99.98% for ICSE (Class 10) results and 99.76% for ISC (Class 12) results.

A total of 219,499 candidates had registered for the ICSE board exams. The pass percentage for last year stood at 99.33 per cent. Girls have outshined boys by a narrow margin of 0.2 per cent.

In Odisha, 99.98 per cent students cleared the Class 10 examination while the pass percentage for Class 12 stood at 99.93 %.

CISCE officials said that the average marks obtained in class 9 and class 10 were taken into consideration for evaluation.

The marking criteria also included students' performance in internal assessments as well as practical exams.

It is pertinent to mention here that merit list for classes 10 and 12 students will not be prepared this year in view of exceptional circumstances arising out of the Covid-19 situation.

Steps for students to check the CISCE Class 10, 12 exam results

1. On the home page of the Council's website, click on the link 'Results 2021’

2.For accessing the ICSE/ISC Year 2021 Examination results, a candidate must select ICSE or ISC, as applicable, from the Course option.

3. For accessing the ICSE Year 2021 Examination Results, a candidate needs to enter his/her Unique ID, Index No and CAPTCHA as shown on the screen.

4. The instructions to view/print the results are provided on the results web page. The user may follow the same.
