CHSE first year admission into correspondence course in Arts, Science and Commerce; check timeline

The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has released an important notification for the second phase online admission into first year correspondence courses in Arts, Science and Commerce stream for the session 2024-25. 

The entire admission process will be conducted through the SAMS project from December 6 to December 16, 2024.

The students can go through the instructions provided in the common prospectus of e-admission into CHSE correspondence course available on the SAMS website, Odisha.

Timeline

Availability of common application form: December 6 
Last date for applying: December 16
Publishing of the list of selected candidates: December 20
Deposit of admission fee, correction of error at concerned higher secondary school with relevant documents: December 21 to December 29
Updation of admission data of candidates in the SAMS e-space: December 21 to December 30, 2024

Second Phase Online Admission Open For The Following Category

Candidates, who had previously been selected but had missed admission for various reasons, are eligible and must re-apply with their existing user name and password in order to execute CAF fee waiver.
    
Candidates those have registered/applied in CAF/ deposited the admission fees but could not submit the fee receipt and other relevant documents for admission at concerned high schools.

Candidates, who were not selected for admission in the 1st phase, are allowed to apply newly in the 2nd phase admission process using their existing Mobile number in order to receive the CAF fee waiver.
