The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an important notice regarding the conduct of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).

As per the latest notice, the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be held in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode in December 2022. The exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidate, CBSE said in its notification.

The test will be conducted in 20 languages throughout the country. The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website https://ctet.nic.in shortly.

The aspiring candidates will have to apply online only through CTET website i.e. https://ctet.nic.in. The dates for online application-process will be intimated during the course of time, CBSE said.

Application fee applicable for CTET Dec-2022:

General/OBC: Rs. 1000 Only Paper I or II and Rs. 1200 for both Paper I & II

SC/ST/Differently-Abled Person: Rs. 500 for Paper I or II and Rs 600 for both Paper I & II
