The registration process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun today and will continue till October 19.

Aspiring candidates can register themselves for the 15th edition of the CTET by visiting the official website of https://ctet.nic.in

As per a notification, the CBSE will conduct the test in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode between December 16, 2021 and January 13, 2022. However, the exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidates.

The CTET will be conducted in 20 languages across the country.

Important Dates:

  • Commencement of online registration: September 20, 2021
  • Last date for online registration: October 19, 2021 up to 23:59 hrs
  • Last date pay fee: October 20, 2021 before 15:30 hours

Application Fee:

  • General/OBC: Rs 1,000 for Paper 1 or 2 & Rs 1200 for both papers
  • SC/ST/Differently-Abled Person: Rs 500 for Paper 1 or 2 & Rs 600 for both papers.
