With only nearly 80 days remaining, it is crucial for students to implement a well-organized, week-by-week study plan to ensure optimal preparation and success.

Weeks 1-2: Familiarize Yourself with the Syllabus

Review the CBSE syllabus thoroughly and highlight important topics for each subject. The CBSE syllabus clearly mentions the mark distribution system which will help students organise better.

Prioritize subjects like Mathematics and Science, which require conceptual understanding and regular practice.

Allocate at least 6 to 8 hours each day for studies which will help cover all topics in due time.

Start revising foundational concepts and practice solving NCERT questions for Mathematics and Science.

For languages, focus on grammar rules and improve writing skills.

Weeks 3-4: Master the Core Topics

Dive into high-weightage subjects like Science, Social Science and Mathematics.

Practice problems and questions on the above-mentioned subjects as they need more time and understanding.

Begin solving sample papers for Language subjects like Odia and English, paying attention to reading comprehension and writing sections will help to cover all questions during the examination.

Dedicate at least one hour every day to do a quick revision of the topics covered and one day per week to review all previously covered material.

Weeks 5-6: Address Weak Areas

By the end of 4th week, a student will be able to identify their areas in all subjects. Further focusing on these topics will strengthen the problem-solving ability.

It is advisable for students to take help from teachers, peers, or online resources to clarify doubts and get a better understanding of topics.

Solve previous year question papers and sample papers within a 3-hour time frame. It will help a student understand their time management and which topic they are investing more time on.

Keep a separate formula book for each subject. This will make it easier to quickly access and revise important formulas, diagrams, and definitions whenever needed. Regularly review these to keep them fresh in your mind.

Weeks 7-8: Begin Full-Scale Revision

Revise the syllabus subject by subject, this will help ensure complete coverage.

Start practicing with full-length mock tests to improve time management and identify recurring mistakes.
Stay consistent with your study schedule to avoid last-minute rush and panic.

Weeks 9-10: Focus on Exam Readiness

By this time, students who have followed the study plan will have covered the entire syllabus. After this, focus on reviewing critical topics, addressing past mistakes, and revisiting mock papers to strengthen your preparation.

Once the weaker sections are all covered, keep on practicing only mock tests and revising formulas and important concepts for the remaining period till exam.

Be diligent and follow through your timetable judiciously and avoid procrastination at all costs.
It is essential for students to ensure proper sleep and nutrition to keep their mind sharp and focused.

By following this week-wise plan, Class 10 students can maximize their preparation and excel in their board exams.
