The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date for uploading Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment marks of class 10 and 12 students.

According to a fresh notification issued by the board, CBSE affiliated schools can upload the marks from 00.01 am of 27 May 2022 to 11.59 pm 31 May 2022 from term-1 and term-2 examination of class 10 students.

Similarly, for class 12 students, the marks of term-1 and term-2 examinations can be uploaded till 11.59 pm of 5 July 2022, the notification stated.

"The schools were directed to conduct the Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment w.e.f. 2.03.2022 for Class X and XII. The last date was to be 10 days before the date of last examination of respective classes. Accordingly, the facility of uploading Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment marks in respect of Class X has been deactivated," the notification read. 

"Now from the perusal of data submitted by the schools, it has been observed that Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment marks of 39 schools for Term-I and 537 schools for Term-II in respect of Class-X are still pending. Similarly in respect of Class-XII also Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment marks of 141 schools for Term-I and 185 schools for Term-II are also pending. Looking into the requirement and requests made by the schools, the facility for uploading Practical marks is being extended," the notification stated.

Meanwhile, CBSE has cautioned schools that no further extension for uploading of marks will be given.
