The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has not yet announced the Term 1 exam results. As the exams were conducted in November-December last year, students have started demanding for immediate release of the results.

However, the Board is yet to come up with any decision regarding the release of CBSE Term 1 results. But, now, reports are there that the result will be declared only after the Term 2 exams are over.

According to the information shared by the Board officials, the results may be announced this month or after Term 2 exams, reports NDTV.

On the other hand, some state boards have already decided to conduct the final exams in March. The decision was reportedly taken by the states after the Supreme Court dismissed a plea seeking cancellation of the board exam in offline mode.

Meanwhile, CBSE will conduct Term 2 exams for Class 10 and Class 12 from April 26. The exams are all set to be held in offline mode for both objective and subjective type questions.

Besides, the CBSE has issued guidelines for conducting practical examinations, project and internal assessment for Class 10 and 12 students.

“The practical examinations/project/ internal assessment shall be conducted from March 2, 2022. The last date would be 10 days before the date of the last examination of respective classes. No extension will be considered by the Board,” the CBSE said.
