AICTE asks varsities to follow standard format for PG certificates

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has issued an important notice regarding the issuance of Postgraduate (PG) certificates. In a letter to the vice-chancellors, registrars, directors and all affiliated universities, the AICTE has directed to adopt standardised model format for issuing the PG certificates.

In its letter, the AICTE has stated that universities and institutions offering Master of Technology (M.Tech) programmes under the purview of the Council must adopt the uniform format.

The universities have been asked to ensure strict compliance with this latest directive in all future certificates issued for postgraduate degrees, starting from this academic session.
