While responding to queries of newsmen, Kulange said one of the most important ways to stop the outbreak of infections is to ensure minimum participation of people as per the permitted rules only after confirmed testing for the disease.

Before marriage, people should ensure that the bride and groom and all participating members of both parties should get themselves tested so that others won't get infected.

As per the latest Covid rules, people need to obtain permission from their local administrative authorities before organising any marriage functions. Organisers are also required to furnish the details of all participants during marriage parties before their local administration.
