Amid fluctuation in gold and silver prices across the country, the price for 24-carat gold per 10 gram with GST reached Rs 50,600 in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday with a decrease of Rs 1,600 from yesterday's price.

For 23-carat, the price of 10 grams of yellow metal is Rs 49,000 while the rate of 22-carat gold has reached Rs 46,990.

Similarly, the rate of 20, 18 and 14-carat gold remained at Rs 42,700, Rs 38,400 and Rs 30,000 respectively. Pure Ginni (gold coin) is being traded at Rs 38,800.

Meanwhile, gold is traded at Rs 5,230 per gram (GST 995) and Rs 5,190 (Cash 995) in Cuttack.

On the other hand, one kilogram of silver is being sold at Rs 55,700 (With GST) in Bhubaneswar, following an increase of Rs 700 from yesterday’s price of Rs 55,000.

The rates of gold and silver may vary as per MCX and from dealer to dealer.

The updated Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) figures reveal that Gold October futures were trending 0.27 % up at ₹50,570 per 10 grams.

Similarly, Silver was trading at 0.71% high at ₹53,770 per kg on September 6 at 10:30 am.
