Korean automaker Hyundai launched the Venue Knight Edition in India on Friday. It is available with petrol and turbo-petrol engine options, priced from Rs 9,99,990 (ex-showroom).

The Venue Knight Edition is available in three variants – S(O), SX and SX(O) and is solely available with the petrol variants. The Knight Edition also marks the return of the manual gearbox to the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine option.

The all-black colour scheme has been replicated on the interior as well. The car gets black seat upholstery with brass highlights, metal pedals and 3D designer mats. The Knight Edition comes equipped with a dashcam with a dual camera and an electrochromic IRVM.

The car is available with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 82 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm @ 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit that puts out 118 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 172 Nm @ 1,500-4,000 rpm. The latter is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT.
